What are the fees for your
custom business planning
services?
Yes, but they are very low. For
each client, we do require a small retainer (a flat fee of $375) which
covers the cost of developing the business plan.

How long has The Finance
Resource been in operation?
The Finance Resource
was
founded in 2009 via its parent company. The Finance Resource's parent company
has been producing professional business plans for seven years.

Finance Resource and its affiliated companies raised?
Over the past five years, our
firm has secured in excess of $450,000,000 via the business plans that we have
produced. We have had more than 1,700 clients.
How long does it take to
complete the business plan?
It typically takes us
approximately 7 to 10 business days to complete the business plan once you
become a client of The Finance Resource.
What is included in the
business plan?
We offer a full business
analysis including a five year financial statement (monthly profit and loss/cash
flow analysis for the first year, and quarterly statements for Years 2-5) a
balance sheet, business ratios page, and a breakeven analysis.
The plan also has a full written business plan that details the marketing, the
market in which the business will operate, the owners, the products and services
offered, the industry, organizational structure, corporate overview and a
general economic analysis.
Each business plan is roughly 40 to 55 pages depending on the complexity of the
business.
